Black College Tour 2011
Welcome to the Tour Page for the 2011 Black College Tour. The tour dates are April 16 - 22, 2011. The 2011 Tour will venture to THE BIG EASY - New Orleans, LA. The tour will take us to schools in North Carolina, Atlanta, GA, Alabama, New Orleans,LA and Florida.Below is a list of schools scheduled for our visit:
- North Carolina Central University
- North Carolina A&T University
- Dillard University
- Xavier University
- Alabama State University
- Tuskegee University
- Morehouse College
- Spelman College
- Clark Atlanta University
- Florida A&M University
Historical sites will be visited while on tour. A visit to the New Orleans Ninth-Ward, the Tuskeegee Park and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Center tops our lists of historical sites. The final day of the tour will be spent at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.
Please note - this Tour begins on Saturday, April 16 and ends Friday, April 22, 2011. A travel itenirary will be issued at the monthly meetings.
